What is Tofu?

Tofu is a very popular vegan food that is made out of condensed soy milk which is then pressed tightly into solid white blocks. It originated in China an estimated 2000 years ago in a story that a chef accidentally mixed soy milk with a mineral rich-coagulant that helped solidify the soy. The process is deceivingly simple and very similar to how cheese is made.

What are its benefits?

Tofu contains all the important amino acids that our bodies need, not to mention that it is super high in protein. Other essentials that a tofu meal can give to us includes,
